Need improvements

Other apps can use FaceId. Why can’t you do this? Also the UI seem to be web based, I need to pick from my password vault to auto fill. Why don’t you guys invest in developing native UI experience?

The Secure Approval.. for cases that involve check boxes, sometimes when I tick it, the tick gets cleared and need to redo. Bug.

Also, there are times when doing online banking in desktop and Secure Approval appears in app, clicking Approval button does nothing. Hard to reproduce but there are times this functionality does not work properly.

Virtual Credit Card

Using an iPhone . When I apply for the virtual credit Card, after it was accepted couldn’t login , made a complaint with screenshots but customer service couldn’t solve issue for 3 weeks . Finally try to solve the issue myself , turns out when I try to create the login ID from the app it didn’t work . So all I had to do was to create a user ID from the browser . Surprised that the customer service didn’t know this and couldn’t solve such a simple issue. Another issue faced it when I try to convert any transaction into flexi plan . In the app it gives you an option to convert to any purchase into flexi plan and I went ahead and converted 4 transactions into flexi plan , turns out nothing got converted even after the app said successfully done . Another complaint sent to customer service , no idea when it will be solved . App full of bugs and it makes it worse since virtual Credit Card is suppose to have a very user friendly app . Horrible customer service provided by alliance bank . Hope it can be improved

App current feature is good, but could be better to improve online banking experience: (1) Shows pending transactions for credit card payment
(2) Add push notifications and inbox for payments (3) Enable biometric login without selecting the security phrase (MBB is already doing this) (4) Don't allow infinite stacking of screens (5) Refresh notification read status instantly after its clicked on, dont wait for page reload (6) Display date & time for trx
