alrajhi@24seven has been updated!
For this latest version, we have squashed a few bugs and did some behind the scenes app updates to give you a better banking experience with us.
Effective 1 May 2024, our alrajhi@24seven app will require a minimum operating system (OS) version of iOS 15 (or above) for optimal performance. Please update your device to avoid any interruptions, and to benefit from the latest security features.

Outdated banking app service
The most crucial function this app still required manual login although just to view balance. Others banking has implemented 3 tier level security and allow login via face/thumbprint recogntion.
Very limited function on app provide.
Please get new it team to explore and enhance the quality of the app
Not the best app but functional
Finally launched mobile web after all these years. Looking forward to make the app better for customer experience and user journey 😉
Opening App Second Time - Loading screen…
Hi all,
The app works fine when loading the first time. However subsequent use of the app does not work. I see the loading graphics and nothing happens. I have to kill the app and log in again.
Please fix.
