The Alcomo HACCP app supports gastronomy businesses in documenting the legally required self-monitoring in accordance with HACCP standards and good hygiene practices. Control points such as goods receiving, temperatures of refrigeration equipment, heating of products of animal origin, or cleaning can be easily recorded digitally. New: Temperature sensors can now be integrated for automatic monitoring with alerts for deviations. More than 600 businesses in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria already rely on the app to efficiently implement food safety standards. It is also successfully used in other European countries, such as England, France, and Belgium, where it is appreciated for its versatility. With its digital documentation, the app significantly reduces administrative workload. It ensures that no checks are forgotten and securely archives all records. If needed, these documents can be quickly presented to authorities as reliable proof of compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Alcomo customers can use their existing login for the Alcomo HACCP App. Further information can be found on our Alcomo website. External delivery services can document temperature checks of food delivery at the customer's premises. They can use the Alcomo app without a subscription. The deliveries are sent via QR code. In this case, the app only allows temperature checks during delivery. The test version works without a login, and you can explore the app’s basic features. While not all functions are available, the essential ones are usable. Due to limitations, the data cannot be used as evidence.

New in version 5.0 • Audit report now integrated into the Alcomo Cockpit: Reports and results from Alcomo hygiene inspections are available in the same place as your HACCP data. Corrective actions can be managed and tracked - incl. status, owner, and completion proof - so you always know what’s open and what’s done. • Targeted cleaning assignments: Assign cleaning tasks to specific employees. Only assigned users see these tasks and receive reminders if something is missed - clear responsibilities with less distraction. • EU/DE partner shop integration: EU customers can order sensors and gateways directly from our EU partner - simpler logistics, lower shipping costs, and no customs fees. Order data is transferred into the Alcomo system for clean device assignment and tracking. • Video upload for instructions: Add videos (e.g., cleaning instructions) in addition to PDFs and photos - ideal for onboarding and standardized procedures. • Notifications & performance: Improved notification reliability plus various optimizations and stability improvements.
