The Apple Store app provides a more personal way to shop for the latest Apple products and accessories. Get recommendations based on the Apple products you already own. Find out which accessories are compatible with your devices. Easily upgrade to a new iPhone from your current one. Keep track of your orders wherever you go. And sign up for hands-on sessions in store. You can even use Apple Pay to check out from your iPhone when you visit a participating Apple Store.
Certain app features may ask permission to use the TrueDepth camera to improve and facilitate your purchasing experience. Note that the Apple Store app and certain features are available only in select countries.
How your data is used
To confirm compatibility and recommend products, the app will access both the services and the name, model, and part number of devices linked to your Apple ID. To turn off this feature, go to Account > Settings > My Devices and Services.

I bought iphone 13 pro at machine southkey Johor on 19 April, and found the face id problem. I already go to the ifix centre on saturday 23april and next day they said the face id already fix, i go and pick up. But after few hour the face id still problem. Still cant use!!!!!!!!! The machines staff advise me to go change 1:1 at centre but ifix staff still want to advice me to left the iphone and let them do a check up for the face id again?!!!!!!! Hello i bought for the new one not like 2nd !!!! I just want to change the new one!! Before this I bought a NEW IPHONE, all of them are fully good condition!! This is my first time facing this!! WHY I HAVE TO WASTED MY MONEY FOR NEW I PHONE AND NEED TO REPAIR??!!!! I DON’T WANT A FAULTY PRODUCT ! ATTENTION Machines !
