Unable to continue chat with an agent

When the agent told me to restart my ipad. Then after that i cant continue to chat with the same agent. I only can read chat transcript but cant reply it back. It’s frustrating when u need to start a new session again.

The run around !

I have been trying to get access to the support system but for some unknown reason I have been unable to do anything using this apple phone , I can’t even get the apple app or update any thing in this phone and I believe that apple is made with this in mind which is it is suppose to function only for a certain amount of time and after that it goes downhill and I am using an iPad , iPhone and an iPod thinking it’s reliable! Little did I know that my life would be in chaos simply because of apple blocking me and making me regret believing apple is good ? Apple is good only for its shareholders and nothing else matters !

Apps Lock

Apps lock should be add. Hopefully on next updates, we will see all installed apps in the list under Settings - Face ID & Passcode - Other Apps. So it will be more privacy.
