The best shopping app ever!

I was introduced to this app one day by a merchant after their terminal had network issue. I was sceptical at first, but after I downloaded it & saw how cheap things became without any catch, I ended purchasing more stuff (and it still didn’t break my bank) that day & I never look back. Since that fateful day, shopping has turned into something Strategic for me. Everytime I passed through any shops at any mall, I’d be looking over at their counter to see any sign of Atome. No Atome, no deal. THAT’S how much Atome has changed my shopping habit. I just wish they could be placed in many more physical shops at the mall. I’m even thinking to buy Samsung & iPhone & converted it. But sadly some Samsung flagship merchant didn’t know how to use this Atome. They just had to loose their business that day and I went to other store at a different mall. Please educate your merchant too, I was disappointed at one of them.

Scam to pay extra money 👀

My due date payment is unable to pay and cotact support email. The solution support given me was changed to another card. I already tried add using another card but failed. After due date i have to pay the administrative or paynalty, then i try again using then suddenly can pay???? What is that Is this a scam ? I never encountered this problem before. So basically i have to wait after the due date and have to penalty payment then i can pay ? Useless support ask me to contact the bank when i already use two bank card but still failed and pretty much wasting time also got to pay extra. Please improve your app and support quality 😂

Just bad customer service so far

Hi im writing this review because i was so interested in using the pay in 3 months only to be spammed with wait 90 days, and personally i thought it was a bug but it turns out its just a credit limit for new accounts, hut so far I’m already on my fourth month of atome, but if i wanted to make a big purchase even with the money available i simply just get the same error message. I contacted support to ask and they just told me to wait 90 days and i asked more questions like whats my credit limit and if my account is eligible but after the first two emails i just get completely ignored and its been a week or two since I’ve sent my emails but theres no response. Nothing to let me know how much I’m limited to, nothing to let me know how long I’m supposed to wait other than 90 days, but from when? Does it reset the timer every time i press the payment button? Customer support doesn’t even give me any direct answers. So this is just frustrating.

Exorbitant charges

I’ve been using this app for quite some time now spending over 3k consistenly paid. However since this weekend I was out of town, I forgot to set my default payment to my preferred card. I was only given 1 notice today saying that my account has been blocked and I need to pay RM50 admin fee to unlock my account (this is a final payment for the order I made). Where’s the other notification? I should be notified through registered email too not only through texts. It says there I need to settle payment within 3 days or else there’s the admin fee but on the 3rd day itself I was charged and my account was locked. The charges levied not in 3 days but 2 days time. Nevermind that but the fee is very expensive compared to other financial institution’s interest. Misleading T&C, exorbitant charges and to think I’ve been a long time customer. Never again. Will pay all and will uninstall, review stars remain 1 (if I could give them 0, I would) as I do not see why they should be given more.
