Great service
A great transport alternative to move around intra city. Been using the service to travel between office and train station.
The only issue Im having with the scooter is whenever I accidentally entered the no go zone (just on border), I cant continue my ride even after pushing it outside the zone and have to pay for the parking penalty. Would like to suggest beam to improve on this issue
Frustrating Pricing
Though its a good last mile option to move around, the pricing and subscription very frustrating. Firstly its not cheap service to use, a trip under three minutes easily balloons up to to almost RM5 mainly due to the high unlock fees. Secondly they do offer the monthly subscription for your area, offering free unlimited unlocks but whats extremely annoying about that is the promo suddenly doesn’t apply raising the price. Despite the fact that my card is linked, with enough amount, and with auto subscription already selected, the monthly subscription keeps on going away. Please look into this!

Good but need wide range of location to ride.
Hello. Finally beam is in Jeonju. But it is only available around campus of Jeonbuk National University. Hopefully it will have wider range in future.
The ride is smooth and easy to use. It is an english application. So, there is no hustle for foreigner (english speaker) to use.
