Cant get my otp to reopen back
Hi, blue
I m very disappointed that i cant get my otp to reopen my blue, and i already sent an email last 2 month but no want give an feedback until now!!…
And i only receive an email that say i will get back to me but until now i haven't get an answer from blue!!….. your blue reward app and helpdest are very poor and not responsible about all this matter!!…. Pls!!!….. be responsible of customer feedback!!!!!!!……….

Unable to register
Don’t waste your time. Unable to register. Keeps telling you the password is missing. As if we don’t know what passwords are.

Unusable
App keeps crashing. It crashes at loading screen or once it’s in homepage, it freezes then crash. This is on iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS 17.4)
