Adding to apple wallet keep failing
Everytime i tried adding the loyalty card to apple wallet it keep failing and says “the pass cannot be read because it isn’t valid” - please fix this issue, thanks!

Dear Boost customer service,
Hi, I didn’t get any points in my previous 2 purchases and your staff here at Aeon bukit Indah has no clue why. I just want my points for previous 2 original vita C detox juice. I asked your staff before purchasing and she said it’s automatic and takes a few days to update the points. It’s been 7 days. Thankfully I kept one receipt. I’m at your outlet now, and your staff Dalilah is asking me to wait for the manager to arrive to assist me. Such a disappointment and dissatisfaction from your app, which I was asked to sign up by your staff. Promising me great offers as I am a regular customer. This is really unfortunate and a huge waste of my time and effort!!
