Please fix the app cuz the the app won't load to the next page after selecting seats

Can’t login even try at another phone with the same account, and the “friendly staff” said it was my phone problem!? (I uninstall and install back this useless apps in front of the “friendly staff” show him/her it can’t login and he/she said it was my phone problem, so I make sure that if is my phone problem so I use my friend phone install this apps again ,still the same problem and the “friendly staff” was speechless

Trying to use is app is time consuming. Available seats suddenly become “booked” during payment. The whole process has to be restated again. Took me 10 tries to get tickets. When I arrive at the cinema the counter says it was incorrect number of seats. How you do book only 1/2 a couple seat?? Embarrassing! Now I can’t log back in because “there is a problem with the network”.

I have made a purchase but it did not show up in the purchase history. When I reached the counter, I manage to get my tickets. As I entered the movie hall and sat down, another person came to me and claimed that the seat that I'm sitting is theirs. I went to the counter and argued about the double tickets printed. They told me that the system is facing difficulties and misprinted the tickets, so they told me to leave the hall and I was refunded. Screw you CITY CINEPLEX
