Ratings and Reviews
The badge notification does not disappear
The badge notification does not disappear despite I already checked all categories icon in the apps. All messages also have been checked, but the badge icon is still there. I’m afraid that I have missed any notifications from the developer team.
Stressful apps
Whenever it’s time for me to pay my monthly apartment bills I know that it’s going to be a stressful, long & tedious process wasting my time although I kept on updating the apps, still the apps kept on lagging, I can’t really uncheck the ‘remember my details’ box whenever I wanted to pay by card where I always doesn’t prefer to keep my personal details on nets especially anything about finances.
Too many different issues whenever I’m using the apps till I can’t really describe them, conclusion the apps aren’t smooth & user friendly.
Always loading
This app seriously needs to be fixed. Whenever i open the app the page just keeps loading, especially when i click on Home and Messages. If i click on anything on My Account, the app freezes and i have to force exit. Also, there should be a way for tenants to view water bills, and not only make it available for owners to view.
