Version 3.24.2
We've updated the App!
Smart LPR: Users can now request to add vehicle access via the iNeighbour app. We have also increased the character limit for the car plate number to support different formats.
Defaulter: Defaulters can now access their account statement to make payments.
Multiunit Visitor: ID numbers are masked for privacy concerns.
Payment: We have added checks to prevent users from making duplicate payments.

Test, Test, Test
I have been using this app extensively both as a developer and as an end user. While I applaud the i-Neghbour team for constantly coming up with new features, what aggravates me is with each new version, there will always be new bugs which only leads to one conclusion. The team does NOT test the update before releasing it. This is extremely stressful as I’ve to be the one doing the testing when we a new version gets released and then inform my team of the bugs. This should NOT be the case. I’m not your lab rat. I can’t stress enough, test the update before releasing it!!
Improvements needed
The email in the website (info@i-neighbour) is not reachable.
Visitor management - under other purpose, there is no selection of contractor. Should consider “other purposes”, and let the user to key in the exact purpose.
Overall it’s ok with some area for improvement

Hi Angus. Sorry for the inconvenience, you can contact our support team at +6018-7888 378. We do have contractor invitations, which can be found under "More" > "Contractor." However, please note that this option may not be available if your community has not enabled it.
i-Neighbour & Bluetooth
The i-Neighbour application keeps asking the user to turn on Bluetooth. We are not connected to or plan to connect to any accessories! It has come to a point where it is annoying to keep getting request from the application to turn on Bluetooth! And there is no way to turn off the notification either in the settings. Application developer, kindly do something about this.
