Unable to check statement info
New life for water, also new life for problem, this app is unable to do nothing besides keeps mentioning account registered but show no info, couldn’t even check the outstanding amount for paying, pls fix it as user friendly as other apps for infra services, refer one of them in case your IT engineers have out of common sense of how to make it friendly users rather wasting customers time and battery power consumption.
Good enough but can be better
To download or not. A bit sceptical for a while after reading all the reviews. However downloaded it & find that it’s good enough for me to view any outstanding amt, view the statements & transaction history for all 3 accounts I’m paying…pretty ok. Didn’t try the Pay Bill option though as it will be easier & faster for me to pay thru M2U. What’s important I can get the info at my fingertips.
Don’t see issues as in the reviews. Not sure why but probably it depends on the phone & os version used. 🤷🏻♂️
App is useless to Indah water staff
What is the point of having an app that does not update the people who are working at IndahWater? Received a copy from Indah Water bill along with a red notice stating they will cut the water within 30 days. I gave my account number they checked and in their system it says I have an outstanding amount despite already paying via the application. You guys syok sendiri develop an app that is disconnected ke? Pls don’t waste people’s time with these amature type of work.
