Apps should not be exist because already have MyUnifi apps

I try to activate, to link account everything but cannot use this app..after i try to chat with live chat and ask about this app, they said this app still cannot be use🤦🏻‍♂️seriously??if still cannot use, this app shouldnt exist in any platform..people will get confuse..huh..sadly have to give low rating

For improvement

Consider to make a better interface so it will be more user friendly for people that dont really use tech, they gonna have a bit problem. Last version actually already good and user friendly. After that, the plan information sometime hard to read because the font is small. Lastly, the Uni5G Wow data FUP kinda small 50GB is not enough maybe 60GB is the average usage. That is all.

Bad apps!! Nothing appear

Since 2 years ago ive been using unifi mobile prepaid and now it said i need to install unifi mobile. Then when i open this apps, it notified me that no network connection. Even i am obviously using data to write this review. Bad apps! Since before the unifi prepaid apps always bugging and need to re-login everytime we want to open it. Now, it is still the same happening to this apps. Bad developer! Never launch if it’s not functioning at all???
