Helpful & Smooth

This app is very very helpful for me as i have to pay for my mobile bill and unifi home bill every month and i only have to settle both of it using one app. The user experience also is very smooth.

My only concern is why my account is often automatically self log out? I have to sign in over and over again its annoying. Overall this app is superb and makes my life easy. Great job TM and please fix minor errors so that we can feel even smooth experience while using the app.

P/S: Hey TM please take good care of your existing customers so that we wont run away in the future 😉

No Connection

Useless solution for the problem that occur. Everyday this thing will happen EVERY SINGLE DAY. I pay the money every month for THE internet. Not to connect with the wifi but no connection. Whenever i email them to solve the problem, all they did just reset the connection & and i need to turn off the router. Do i need to turn off the router every hours?? Please solve this issue. One more thing, how to check the connection speed when the wifi is slow or having a problem? This is what you all told us to do whenever we complaint! "Check the connection speed". Useless. And you will charge me if the staff come to check the router in my house? The problem come from your connection so why i need to pay more? If the my area are not good for internet why you say its good when i want to apply for internet? Are you happy getting money like that? So frustrated!! This is MALAYSIA!

Error in payment & Weak internal system

The users experience is extremely bad when the apps is updated to a new version. This is due to the payment method. When I click to pay the bills, the page turns into blanks and didn’t turn into the payment platform page.

Besides, even though I made payment on time, I will still get a call from the service line to ask me make payment otherwise will cut off my internet. This happened oftentimes. I go to the store and checked with those staff, they always gave me the answer of if you already made payment, you can just ignore the call. (I would recommend the service line to double check whether the client has already paid for the credit before call and inform the internet would be cutting off)
