Potential app but requires attention
I've been using this app for a short while, and while I see a lot of potential, there are a few issues that I hope can be addressed soon.
Firstly, the app crashes upon opening, which is quite frustrating. Even after logging in successfully, it repeatedly shows me the login screen, making it hard to proceed further.
Another concern is with the live chat feature. When I tried to share a screenshot with the agent, the app wouldn't let me return to the chat after uploading the file. This happened multiple times, causing a repetitive cycle where the agent kept asking for the screenshot again.
I ended up using my laptop to share the screenshot, by this time I wasted an hour by connecting with multiple agents where I had to explain everything again from the beginning, they ask me one by one even though I put my entire query in the beginning of the chat.
I believe with some dedicated attention from the support, development and QA teams, these issues can be resolved in no time. Because no matter how bad is your app/product, if your service is good, customers like me will be okay, but if your support is bad it’s gonna be hard to retain customers. I'm looking forward to an update that addresses these bugs because the app has a lot of potential to be great!

Error on startup
It's not functioning over wifi..my plan isnt auto-renew as it said and i have to manual-renew..when i start this app without a data plan it comes decades to load and i have to use over wifi connection..but sadly its appear nothing on the home menu..keep scroll it down to reload the menu and it's still the same so i have to manually resubscribe after stop the subscription through message..then i reopen the app through my data plan then it's working normal as usual..fix this then i'll rate you 5 stars
