Unable to top up after update
Please get your IT staff to rectify issue as it is no point of giving out cashback for a specific type of topping up but ended up users receiving error message while doing so and just wasting time. Error message: you have no right to access to this object because of bucket acl. I don’t even know what that means and will never ever be able to get in touch with your always-busy customer service. Why would we require to fill in the email address for topping up now after we installed the latest update? Please make it as simple as you can as we as users are not given an easy channel to approach your customer service like other platforms do.
LINE IS SO SLOW
Please do something about your line and coverage, im a college students and due to the pandemic i have to attend classes through google meet, google classroom and telegram so the usage of internet is really fatal. My family arent that rich to buy wifi to support my studies so i use maxis due to the low cost unlimited data. However, i am not satisfied with the service. During my online classes, i kept disconnecting from the class and i have to rejoin the class multiple times due to the bad internet connection. And even if i am not disconnected, the quality of the voice and screen is at the lowest. I cant even hear the teachers speak and the anything that was presented by them cant be seen clearly. Please fix this, your service quality will affect people in many ways. Please dont be a reason for why someone’s future is not in a good form. Please do your best to give the best services for your customers. We were counting on you. I am indirectly begging for you to fix it as soon as possible. I know it’s not easy but please be considerate because its not only me who were in this situation. There are many other students who were having the same problems as me. Thank you.
Poor line. I have been loyal with maxis since i got my first mobile phone and i use the same phone number. Now also i still use maxis number. But Maxis disapointed me. Unlimited plan but capped when the gb reaches 50gb. Misleading information. Dahlah speed lembab.
Mostly in this cmco period all of us stayed at home whether we are working or studying. But wth with no line at my home sometime? Its not sometimes but almost all the time. In one day there will always been 3g atleast twice. And even if its shows 4g but only with 2 bar. I know i live in apartment mybe so high from the ground. but is that the reason that you could give? How long have you been in this industry? More that 20 years. Cant you do something about it???? So easy to take money but service not that good. Your mom is green. Jangan sampai aku tak halal duit aku lah. Aku beli tauu. Bukan free je aku guna servis kau.
