Aplikasi mobile myJPJ adalah gerbang yang menghimpunkan perkhidmatan untuk orang awam serta kakitangan JPJ. Orang awam boleh membuat semakan maklumat berkaitan perkhidmatan JPJ seperti saman, tarikh luput Lesen Kenderaan Motor (LKM),tarikh luput lesen memandu, nombor plat terkini dan lain-lain. Orang awam juga boleh mendaftar ID Awam dan membuat carian lokasi pejabat cawangan JPJ. Selain itu, terdapat pautan pantas ke aplikasi lain JPJ seperti JPJeBid dan JPJeQ. Log masuk sebagai Kakitangan JPJ mempunyai modul tambahan dan capaian pantas ke aplikasi eHadir. The MyJPJ mobile application is a gateway that brings together services for the public and JPJ staff. The public can check information related to JPJ services such as summons, Motor Vehicle License (LKM) expiry date, driver's license expiry date, latest license plate number, and others. The public can also register a JPJeID and search for the location of the JPJ branch office. Additionally, there are quick links to other JPJ apps such as JPJeBid and JPJeQ. e-duan feature completely useless, can’t ever submit anything, either it keeps spinning after you click “submit” or it tells you “connection error”. Also no “lain-lain” category listed for complaints, so users are forced to pick a category that doesn’t make sense. The only times this app has worked well is with the number-taking function at the JPJ offices to settle errands eg tukar hak milik, settle compound. Tells you the estimated wait time, notifies you when you have to be near the facility, sounds an alarm when it’s your turn - I honestly thought that it was crazy clever (for Malaysia LOL). Have not evaluated road tax other features.

JPJ today is so much different from the past years when it was under previous administrations. Everything is an open book, no “hanky panky “like last time. I was surprised when I went to JPJ the other day, everything was done within less than half an hour. Staff were so efficient and did their job well. The same with getting special vehicle registration number, no more having to go through “officers“ who kept special number lists in his office and syndicate. Renewing licence ,road tax & etc is such a breeze with this app. Kudos to YB Anthony Loke for doing a great job!

I know that the server of the JPJ is not at the best quality because i have seen it...the first time i tried to login n create my acc was so horrible i cant event register due they cant find my ID maybe because the connection between myidentity arent that well or the main server are not that good....but i would say if you guys stop the myeg by creating renewable driving license and roadtax here that would be wonderful because myeg would cost more and the system connection with myeg is kinda not that good
