Annoying ‘Update to Use’
Hi Developer. The only reason I’m using this app is to check my balance. I don’t care about the promos and whatever vouchers that need to be updated just to use this annoying app. Most of the time I just want to quickly check how much data was used after a particular period of heavy usage. I don’t want to have to update the app and wait to find out. I’ll rate this app POOR & ANNOYING UX to whoever decided to force constant updates just to use the app. I’m partly considering to just sign up as a subline under a family plan with another provider for the same amount of money I’m paying because this app is really annoying.
At least Unpleasant, if not Unsatisfying
I’ve been using Umobile for more than 1 year (since May 2018) and it always annoys me that I can’t redeem the RM 1 Giler Thursday? Until today NOT EVEN ONCE I had successfully save up the vouchers every Thursday (it’s as if it’s for display and tempting my temper). The standard T&C that whatsoever company instated everywhere to “protect” themselves for not being liable: **...the company xxx reserves the rights to implement changes without prior notice...** is not help
Is the Giler Thursday vouchers only to be rewarded to the postpaid users? Please be clear with the statement like “Sorry this is only for postpaid users” then I, a prepaid user will perfectly understand that and couldn’t complain about it. “Sorry, has been fully redeemed, better luck next time” makes me so frustrated that I always thought I was late to save the voucher, but it’s even weird when sometimes I TRIED TO SAVE IT AT MORNING AND IT STILL FAIL, STATING THE SAME REASON WHICH RAISED AND ACCUMULATED MY FRUSTRATION LIKE WHAT’S THE PROBLEM........
Always in maintanance
App is easy user but sometimes i cant open this app. Need to update and update and update. I think more than 3 times in one month. Please do not make this app become a spoiler after this cause of your maintanance. I mean about updated into a new version from time to time. For me it not friendly at all, after update a new version then can open it. But if u didnt update u can enter. Please fixxxxxx!!! Make it can use until the version didnt support your app. I want to check my balance also difficult. Check balance not subscribe ok. How many times i need to update if i using this app within in one year? I see the features is the same after update, but only change in a new rebate. Adoi. That why people call it spoiler. Other than that, i think ok for me. If rebate i get a new car dont worry i will happy maa.
