Lousy app

User get logged out too frequently. Also why user need to key in user/account ID every time. This can be save in the phone to improve usability. Imagine how frustrated you need to type user iD and password ever time you want to read on Facebook or WhatsApp. Don’t tell me for security reason because my banking apps are a lot friendlier than this with better security.
Also why didn’t show “winning” or “not winning” for my e-bet. Am I suppose to manually check it?
Take me 45 minutes in DMC outlet to open an account and it’s a frustrating process.
Try to ask DMC employees to go trough the registration process and use the app to bet and you will know how lousy this app is

Lucky pick cheating RM600

I bought 4 a roll RM150 jackpot lucky pick and get the all same2 number for the 4 set but cost me RM600, is it cheating me? I deserve get 4 set different number of RM150 lucky pick not 4 set of same number lucky pick. I bought again Saturday with different method RM150 lucky pick once time submitted and RM150 another once submitted but in the end I still get the same set of number. Please la, I bought just want increase chance of winning not throw my money in same hole. Understand or not?
