Buggy App
Was working okay before; nothing great or spectacular. But the last update caused users to be locked out as could not log in. No 6-digit PIN was sent which effectively blocked access. Why launch an ‘update’ without testing? Very inept; or is Blink simply indirectly sabotaging itself by messing up?

Fail to login
I saw the comments are all about the fail to login, and also duplicate for the log in pages. For me I also faced this kind of problem. Still no solution yet and also hard to find customer service also, and once I contacted to the WhatsApp they said PIC is still looking on it. Already so many complaints, still not improve. So disappointed.
Not only my, everybody also faced this problem. Please do it as soon as possible. I cannot redeem my point.
It does the job
It’s an “ok” app. I really do hope they keep working on it so some of their website functionality is made available on the app. Let’s get this all in one place, guys!
Also, is it just me or does this update feel a little faster than before?
