Multiple cards under 1 account
I have multiple cards tied to my account, and all of my points are on my secondary card. The app is not able to view/use the points from my secondary card, it only display the 0 point from my primary card. I can’t transfer the points easily either, this app is not really useful for me now…
PETRON MILES POINT REDEEM
Since i was start driving my own car, i always fuel petrol at Petron Miles. Always collect point everytime i fuel petrol. When i study at the college at one time i got no money and need to fuel petrol for my car at way back to home from college. Luckly i remember i do have point in Petron Miles Card so i go to Petron Miles and ask the cashier if i can redeem my point and they say yes RM20. I feel so bless and never regret using Petron Miles since 2013 ! Safe me that day. After that day i ask all my family members to use Petron Miles and collect point. My mom start collect points too and she had redeem point so many times. Thanks Petron Miles !
Not convenient for credit card customers
That’s inconvenient for the customers who using card payment, as we are needed to go to kiosk first, and put our credit card there as safe deposit, then we back to our pump station to pump petrol, then head back to kiosk again to make the payment and scan to earn points. What are the hassles?! Hope you can improvised the usage of an app. Thank you.
