BHPetrol eCard 4+

Lately I been using bhp petrol for my car due I found out is better than shell or maybe the fuel is more suitable to my car the app can’t change the email detail due I accidentally key wrong hopefully we can able to changed it because we may not using anymore some of the detail like we can change our number but not the email , and the part of the e-card is not same to the one that I register in the counter and the register part is quite funny because we were suppose had been register in the counter so in the app when we register again it doesn’t fit the info some buggy issue like I try to test forgot password it only ask for our phone number but if u wanted to log in u still need email so wht if ppl doesn’t remember it because from wht I know most of the ppl still doesn’t really remember their email but the phone number is more likely is more better than email I hope u guys can update this tq

Was asked to update on ios device but when brought to the apps store apps not available on your region msg appear. Have to do manually. Hope can fix this. And i miss my point to be collected on that day. Any compensation? 😅

This is totally outrageous. Customer DOES NOT allow to check their card’s e-points, website registration and App registration was 2 different standard. Can Not Register 1 card on both side n the app n website had to login with 1 identity but 2 different card??What even the card use for under such kind of Scandal policy???? BHPetrol can just tell their customers THERE IS NO POINTS COLLECT than just making up so much bullcrap just to stopping customer to check their epoints……
