Dear New & Old Customers,I sincerely advice not to buy anything from Senheng through the app as this will only waste your precious time & they will make no effort nor take no action to redeem your perpetual time lost.I bought me an iPad mini 5 - Silver, on 12 Nov, a week before my son’s 10th birthday & there was no update at all from their side until I decided to send them an email inquiry on 19 Nov. A reply came the next day saying that they do not have stock for iPad mini 5 - Gold. I was very upset due to the confusion from their side because I bought silver model & not gold model. Their reply saying that it was also out of stock. I asked, how could this be possible when purchasing it, it was CLEARLY said that it was IN-STOCK. That's the reason I bought that model & at that particular time, gold model was out of stock.Finally after a string of emails send & reply, they have confirmed that silver model was also out of stock & out of their technical issue, it somehow showed as IN-STOCK, even though it was OUT-of-STOCK, so they apologised. I decided to cancel the purchase & buy it directly from Apple website, at least I could get the Gold Model.The moral of the story, I lost my precious time from my son’s lifetime by handing him the gift on his birthday. It was meticulously planned that I would receive it before his birthday, had Senheng didn’t have this kind of ridiculous & unnecessary technical issue.So if you folks want to gamble & take a risk, then surely go ahead because Senheng got nothing to lose.Good luck on your decision & I wish all the best!
