The App has major glitches

App say my contract has expired and need the renew but when I click on the Requirement tab and the update Visa it just routed to white screen. The page to update the ID will just pop out very quickly, and instantly go to bank page.
Balik Manggagawa website to obtain OEC is working fine. Why has to fix something that isn’t broken.

App still have bugs on visa verification

The app is already live but seems its not fully functional. The visa verification before hangs while loading, but this was somehow fixed. However, the country I try to put in my visa (one of the 10 pilot countries on test run) is not even in the choices. So how I can even complete the process then? Hope this is resolved before this becomes fully required for OFWs.

This app needs a lot of improvement.. always shows invalid user or password..
