Liar delivery apps!!!
I ordered and already paid a delivery fee of RM13 to my location. The location pin is also correct. but suddenly rider called and said I put the wrong location. And force me to pay extra if not he doesn't want to send my food to my exact location. End up I paid an extra RM10 to him. And Surprisingly he knows my exact location without I’m telling him. Waiting for an explanation to this issue for long already!!😡
Amazing app
I don’t write review very often but would just like to share my opinion. I love how smooth the interface is and that the app offers a wide payment options! It is easy to navigate through the app and user friendly as well. Since it is a new app, there is definitely space for improvement. Overall, I am enjoying this app!
Worst Service
We often face issues with this app. If we order anything using this app, there will no proper deliveries.
Every time either the items will be missing (or) very late deliveries (or) delivered to wrong location.
If we want to get back to the restaurant, No customer service at all. These guys are thinking as if this is their family kingdom. Zero accountability to the customer service.
When you guys start doing the business make sure you are meeting the customer expectations otherwise better stop doing business.
I strongly recommend to everyone no to download this app. At least don't use this app for ur food related things.
