Since the day 1 till to date I couldn’t submit review for companies that I have travelled with. The link says that it has been expired even I submit the review on the day I received the link. Plus the link has 30 days till it expires but it always says it’s expired. Sick of the scam which happening all the time. I have lost all my reviews points which I supposed to receive after review as stated on the mail itself. Tq

Still some issues
I have bought a ticket from this app. But when i change the bording pass to the ticket, the counter said that the trip was cancelled and i have to check with easybook. It cause me to scramble to find the next bus and was barely find the next bus without taking the next day which is working day. Its been almost 1 month and i still havent received any refund for the cancel ticket of any thing. This sort of thing should not be an issue. I got no notification that the trip was cancel early. It makes me wonder who created this system. If you cant think for yourselves then let me teach you. If the trip is cancel the app should have a promt that detect the canceled trip and search within their database for any bought ticket for that trip. Then the app will notify the passenger that the trip is cancelled. See its not that hard to think.

Scammed by them
I book thru this apps and I taughy my first transaction was unsucessful because the system just said error. So when I called them 10 times no one answer so I did another transaction and it went thru sucessfully but then I check on my email I had 2 confirmation invoices and e-ticket from them. So I tried to call them to tell them that there system said that the 1st transaction was error cause I didnt get any sucessful page but still no one answer. I emailed them and it took them 3 hours to reply back and said that their company dont do refund. When the next day I call the lady said to do the cancellation at the train station. Lastly I know that I can only get half of the full price ticket back. What kind of system do u used!!! So unprofessional, do not trust this company there are scammers!!!
