Dock statuses should be visible at dashboard

Dear developer, great work! the app is consider not too hard to use. For Deebot X1 turbo dock, the status of drying the mop is hiding deep inside many level, please make it visible at dashboard. Water level of clean and dirty water is not very clear and suggest to show in percentage. If all these statuses are shown at the dash board that would definitely bring the app to the next level!

Can’t find my 2nd Deebot T10

I have a T8 and bot/added a new 2nd T10 unit to my Hp app recently. But I can’t find my T10 on my Hp as it only shows my 1st T8 robot. I can only access the T10 via “message-completed notice”. If I deleted this messages, i won’t be able to access the T10 fr my hp. Hence, I can’t edit or schedule the T10 functions whenever I wish. Neither can I find the maps. And there is no platform anywhere to address this issue. Ecovac points me to Utube guide which only shows basic or manual guidelines.

N9+ Model

N9+ Model is not in the list. I bought the product from China since it’s not available in Malaysia yet. But what’s the point of getting a Deebot if I can’t even use the app?

Should put all models available for every country! ECOVACS is an international brand, should be able to purchase their products from everywhere. Would be wise if the app has the same features for every country/user.
