Awesome New Interface

I like the new interface, it’s a lot more user friendly, especially it stated clearly the income, expenses and balance. Besides, the new simulate returns function is very helpful in helping me make quicker decision. Neat categorization of portfolio as well! Keep up the good work!

Not transparent enough

I am a beginner on investing and I came across this platform and thought like perhaps I could give a try. I invested into a portfolio with a considerably huge amount and unfortunately the portfolio has been declared as defaulted after a few months. Throughout the period from the day when the declaration of default was made to this date, Funding Societies has made a few announcements regarding their countermeasure protocols and actions. It has been six months but the situation has never been any better, and every announcement was giving little and little hope after all. In addition to that, Funding Societies has only been giving written explanations without any evidence provided, such as Letter of Demand or any kind of relevant information. I understand there is a risk of getting defaulted on any investment portfolio but ironically, the one had been declared as defaulted was the one I invested with the largest amount, even for the first time beginner. ;(

Do Not Fall For It

I started trying this app for alternative investment with initial capital of RM1,000 since 1Q2019. My investment selection is purely invoice financing. To date, 40% defaulted, 20% going to be classified as default. Not a huge loss in absolute amount but the default rate is alarming. The credit assessment provided is mediocre. Actually do they care? Nope. They are earning fee based income, when a loan is in default, they do not lose anything. Invest at your own risk!
