Making appointment with us now is simpler than ever! To ensure our continuous care, we have introduced GlenPlus Mobile App, as a platform for making clinic appointment.
With GlenPlus, you are able to check doctor’s availability and choose your preferred time slot. A QR Code will be made available to you once the booking is confirmed. Upon your arrival at hospital, look for our kiosk and check in to our live queue system. You will be able to view the queue in clinic, live via GlenPlus Mobile App.

Inefficient Medical Report Request
There were 4 staff at the desk at Gleneagles Medini Johor yet I was asked to download the app for medical report. Secondly, I was informed by the doctor’s office to request the report in person or via app. Anyway, the request was done through the app but the only payment method available was bank transfer! What a joke in today’s world. When the report is ready, you’re allowed to view the report but unable to download it from the app. At least iOS doesn’t seem to allow me to download the PDF, try using option 1. Send email, it didn’t send me anything. In the end, calling the hospital and send me email manually.
