I downloaded the app, and I am very satisfied with the design and details. I can manage my parents' and relatives' appointments within my account.

Automation for Appointment

Hi Team,

I noticed this function not really convenient for the patients especially for the elders who not familiar or not well how to use app/system. As of now, the appointment need to be booked manually after meeting the doctor and agreed when the next session. When the doctor already booked the slot from his system, patients need to do it manually from the app.

Hopefully this can function can be improve and enhance the app/system so the process can be more efficient and reliable.
