Please read this suggestion, Grab can rise again

I used to be a faithful user of Grab. GrabPay is really convenient compared to other eWallets and the point rewards system is very unique to GrabPay. We understand that your food delivery service and eHailing are the core of your business, so please care for your driver/delivery partners. Listen to them and please value them because they are helping you all to operate. We are seeing a lot of drivers/delivery partners jumping ships to other platforms because of mismanagement (their well-being is not being taken care of, low commission rates, very poor customer service/partner support etc.), I believe this is the cause of why we are getting late deliveries/no drivers around because Grab is losing its support from the partners.

Instead of pushing for promo/rewards, I believe it’s time for Grab to look inside and value their drivers/delivery partners more to keep the business running. Once you capture the hearts of your partners, your customers will follow. Build your image again. I’m not sure if this issue is unique to Malaysia only or not but yeah.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I am a faithful customer and has been deactivated my account due to high cancellation but doesn’t ask for why and I’ve make an appeal but the judgement is so worst. As the story begin , your grab’s driver which mean found out your grab’s driver apps got some issued and I’m work as service center. One of the driver mentioned he couldn’t receive any notification for pickup nearby . He require for testing by using my grab apps (passenger apps). I couldn’t reject as I’m a associate in service center, which mean a customer service. I’ve to test and solve the problem issued. I tested for around 3 times as required by customer by using grabs apps(passenger apps) then suddenly have been deactivated or block. This is so unfair! You’ve no right to block me by your judgement without noticed me. I am so victim to been blocked by grab apps. I’ve make an appeal for 1st time and judgement is so wrong! I am so frustrated become once of a victim. I am just helping people and I’ve to do as a associate for service center as customer required! Finalised, the customer (driver’s apps) still unable to receive the notification pickup nearby at the end, meaning found out got some issued with the apps. By the way, how about my money? If I’m not mistaken, I’m still got cash inside the grab apps. I need careline or customer service to contact me directly!

Service is getting from bad to worst

Despite their marketing tactics as providing a much more streamlined and premium food delivery service, the quality of this company is getting from bad to worst. A couple months ago, I was delivered food that was still raw and uncooked. Following that, I’ve had multiple deliveries from restaurants that I’ve ordered from that came in in a very pathetic state. Items worth RM30 and above sometimes come in looking like some RM5 kind of meal. Despite the complaints there doesn’t seem to be a standard that Grab seems to upkeep. It is truly getting bad to worst as time goes on. Their customer service chat is also degrading. I honestly can’t recommend Grab services as of now. And this is coming from someone that has been using this app faithfully for over the past 3 years for their services. The notion of complaints should be about fixing things that are bad. Things just seem to be getting worst. It used to be every 10 orders, I’d find 1 that has an issue. Now it’s every 5 orders that I find an issue with 1. Having a good PR team to market this company does not make up for the sub par service of the company. I want to believe that they can do better, but as of late I cannot in any way recommend using Grab.
