Unable to view transactions

I have installed and uninstalled the app at least 3 times but still I am unable to check my full transactions on the app without it crashing every single time. Until now I am still unable to see it.

Lousy app wasted my registration fee and couldnt log in at the end. I dont even receive any email to reset my pin.
