Need to improve the apps. I don’t know who is deliver my food, where are they. Like other food delivery apps we can know it. And one more thing its hard for me to give any instruction. Please improve it. The customer need better system in the market. If not, customer will used others which is give the same service. I want to support u. Thank you

I tried the apps for the first time. So i add to cart some food to try the apps and when click place order, the apps direct me to a page where they trying to locate the rider who is available and haven’t go to the payment page. So i directly go out from the apps which I taught the order was unsuccessful because it is not pass the payment step. But unfortunately few minutes later there’s chat from rider asking for my order. I reply the chat saying that i cancelled the order and asking confirmation from the rider whether the order not successful? But the rider was misunderstood and directly collect the food and send to me. Please letat least customers passed the payment page first only confirm the order. I always buy online and they never confirmed my order before i decide what kind of payment i wanna use or until i done the payment. This way might get user in trouble incase they suddenly decided not to proceed with the order.

I usually use Halo Delivery for most of my foods. I find it very easy and convenient. Although, maybe I could give some suggestions for further improvement. Such as, include an option for users to give additional tip for the rider. As everyone know that Malaysians people are generous. We sometimes want to give more especially when the weather is bad and now more than ever we need to practice no contact service. But we not able to give them tip. Hope this suggestion can be considered for further improvement. Thankyou.
