Wish that the rewards could be claimed at physical outlet

The app as a whole works great for me - barring a few glitches when trying to track the rider (depends on which service the outlet for the order chooses?)

Anyhow, it would be great if ZUS considers enabling customers to also collect reward points if you order over the counter - as sometimes the opportunity to grab a ZUS Coffee is a happenstance (like when we were looking to refuel at Petronas Pulai & saw that there was a ZUS Coffee outlet at Shell next door and dropped by on a whim with a need to order for takeaway using our own drinking cup)

Was a great app, now slow with payment

I used to LOVE the Zus App. I would order my coffee seamlessly using the app and the payment process (regardless if I’m using the Zus Wallet, card or e-wallet payment method) and from start to finish the ordering + payment process would take less than 3 mins. But in the past few weeks, the payment process would take on average more than 10 mins. This could either be topping up my Zus wallet or just using other payment methods. Sometimes the Zus staff would be suspicious of me being in the store for more than 10 mins without making an order and when I explain im ordering through the app they would come and ask me a few times if i’ve ordered and I would show that I am ordering its just the payment process is taking too long. In addition, I would alternate using either the wifi or mobile data (and I have two sim cards from different line provider) to hopefully get the payment process quicker but none of that change. I love Zus and i’m only leaving this review out of love as I would just want the company to thrive with better payment service for the app. Other than that, great coffee, amazing baristas, great selection of pastries. With an improved payment system, I’m sure more people will continue to love Zus as much as I do!

Terrible Customer Service

I’ve been using Zus from years, big fan! I dropped starbucks for this. But today i have decided to finish my credit and stop using them. For months i have been ordering everyday two days. Last week i made a mistake by ordering twice, i tired to talk to customer service but is so frustrating that their human customer service personal have problem understanding the situation, before talking to her, i have to choose which is the situation i was facing, i pick the one closest to my situation and when customer service agent came online, i wanted to explain the situation and ask if i can cancel or get a solution. Nope. Nothing, she cant even understand what’s my issue. Vomit blood, communication is terrible. I don’t expect you to settle my issue for me, i just expect the least is to have someone who can communicate and talk properly also so hard. Since even small issues Zus HQ handled like this, i don’t have confidence to use your app to know that in future anything serious happens i can find anyone to settle. Therefore i will stop using Zus.
