Why it is difficult to log in whenever i log out?? Shouldn’t have any problem to log in since we already top up
Serious issues with Hiro Coin usage
In January 2025, I had 45 Hiro Coins and tried to use them when placing an order.
After selecting to pay with Hiro Coins and clicking "Pay," an error message appeared saying "Total not match," and I couldn't complete the payment.
Later, even after receiving 155 Hiro Coins, I opened the app in March and found my balance suddenly dropped to 0, with no transaction record explaining why.
These serious issues make the app feel unreliable and disappointing.
Please fix the payment system and provide better transparency regarding Hiro Coin balances.
Knowing current machine status
Its good to have how is my machine progress. But i believe this apps can improve alot by showing the status of each machine on location to show availability of the machine. Overall the apps looks good with good functions
