Multi-language support and Cross-Border QR Payments!

We're excited to share that HLB BizBuddy now supports multiple languages to help you manage your merchant business with ease. Use the app in English, Chinese, or Bahasa Melayu to monitor your dashboard and transactions.

To switch to a different language, simply go to the profile settings and select your preferred language.

You can now accept real-time Cross-Border QR payments from Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia travelers using their preferred mobile banking or eWallet app.

Can not push out notification

Can not push out notification and when close the app must login in back very bad experience

Cannot even log in!

Have used the correct User ID and correct Temp Password to log in to set up but tried so many times with “ERROR Please check your network” or “User ID and Password incorrect” messages keep popping up! Crazy!

Login issue

Apps keeps logging out. A hassle to relog every single time to check payment.
REPEATING ISSUE;
Apps keeps stating wrong id & pw. After using the ‘forgot password’ settings, they send new pw in email. Try log in with id new pw;- STILL WRONG ID AND PASSWORD.
