WORST BANKING APP EVER

It’s 2021, nearing 2022. And yet we are still faced with bugs, app crash, never ending loading of the app, slow and laggy response.

Requesting a simple mobile token to access my Cimb biz account have been so frustrating. In some situations where I would need to make an urgent payment, I’m unable to do so due to this terribly made app.

Requesting for OTP is also another troublesome procedure as I would need to completely close the app for every single transaction to be approved. Wasting so much time. It was so much faster using the previous physical token.

Understand that the bank is trying to digitalise, but what is the point if the tech or the engineers you have employed have been producing very bad, not user friendly, slow, unresponsive app?

Please learn from maybank. They are not great. But at least their app is far far more reliable than CIMB.

If this continues on, I will switch to another bank for my business banking needs.

By the way, the website is equally bad. Same goes with CIMB CLICKS.

Please restructure your entire IT team or you will be losing many many customers very soon.

Fees like an app done in early 2000

Understand CIMB is taking an initiative to tighten the security of business account by adding additional security feature by using this app, but the whole user experience is really bad. Website log in and token needs does not sync seamlessly, u need to try multiple time before the OTP can be produced for log in. And one u are log in, it takes multiple try before u can actually approve task and transaction. Please look into it as it’s 2023 today, it feels like year 2000 when I use this app.

Assalamualaikum and good afternoon

Just nak bg some review and suggestion. Apps ni so far okay and memudahkan user. Saya just nak minta pihak CIMB add lagi satu link which is ACCOUNT TRANSACTION. More like account statement. So i can check the debit and credit transaction. As for me, saya lebih kerap tgk debit transaction coz my customer will transfer the payment first before i release their product purchases. So if that link ada dlm apps ni so ia memudahkan saya untuk check either my customer payment already debit into my account or not. So hope pihak cimb will review my suggestion. Thank you.
