App developer doesn’t know their own app

I wrote a review of the app here and received a response from the app developer. Unfortunately app developer’s response left me completely dumbfounded...... my complaint was that we are not able to to transfer money via app to any account number which was not previously saved as favourites .. app developer actually said “ hi you can go to move money and click on transaction” has this app developer never checked out his or her own app before? Has he or she not seen all these other comments here saying the same thing? OBVIOUSLY clicking on move money and then transaction only leads to transferring money to accounts which were saved as payees previously but I guess app developer doesn’t know that.

Hi veron. thank you for reaching out to us. You can easily perform fund transfer to your saved payee(s). Just tap on the "Move Money" tab, select "Pay and transfer" and fill in the required details. Thank you^^NP

Simple and good!

The UI is simple to use, the UX is good, please keep improving from time to time based on user feedback.

I believe the simplicity and good ux increase the trust from me as a user to the Bank, unlike most of the banking app using colorful branding which end out making the simple task to be complicated :). Keep the good works!

Dark mode and accessibility features

I appreciate the app interface that is simple and direct. If I may suggest an improvement, having a dark mode option would be so so helpful for the visually impaired.
For the visually impaired, dark mode, high contrast and big bold text are features that make an app usable.
The current workaround to get the app in dark mode is by using Smart invert (an accessibility feature on the iPhone), but it is not ideal.
Would greatly appreciate if the developer can make this app more accessible to the visually impaired soonest possible. Many thanks.
