OTP

Hi, There are issue on email otp after latest update. Have clicks more than 2-3 times didn’t receive it? But still not getting otp on email. Why need to log in otp for both sms and email. Why not choose only one option only

Unable to login after app update

I’m unable to login to this app after new update. The OTP was never sent to my email. Have tried countless time. Very annoying because now I’m unable to access to my money in the wallet. My email address is correct & it able to receive email from other parties. Please resolve it asap or just revert back to old version!

Update: The issue is resolved after i went to the aeon credit centre. I was not able to get the email otp because my email was not maintained in the new system but it is display at the otp input screen. The aeon credit centre help me to call customer service to maintain my email. I guess the data migration could be partially done.
