MyPB by Public Bank 4+

For those who are wondering, app stated it can be activate via email, which I emailed, the bank initially replied me to do it via branch or ATM but I later attached a pic of their app stating they did mention securesign can be activated by emailing them, then they asked for my acc no. & phone no. So few days later their staff called, did some verifications & said it will be activated after 12 hrs and it was done. So email does work, those who aren’t free to go to ATM or bank can try, just be persistent.

Finally, Public Bank Berhad (PBB) has invested in a user-friendly app for their customers. I almost switched all my accounts to other banks after struggling with the old PBB online systems, but this app has convinced me to stay. One feature that particularly impressed me is the ease of paying other bank credit cards through the PBB app. This is important as it will help your bank collect valuable data on how your customers are spending with other bank cards. Such a good app and more better than the old one but please fix the lagging sometimes it always laggy and whenever i do a payment transfer the notifications didn’t show it, but need to wait for like 3-4 minutes to the notifications showed up after do a transaction but overall everythings good nice and hopefully theres more features safety for this app and also the bug must be fixing everytime
