A lot to improve

No need to compare to other bank QR app, based on this app itself unable to login already is a big struggle to user. ID and pw can use on browser but keep showing Error FE0008 or ask to activate the userID on website.

How to use it?

So much frustration with Public bank digital App!

I dont mind the transition from sms to push notifications from App. But i couldn't even login to the App. No error in the pw and userid cause i can log in PBE QR in desktop.
I have to solely rely on checking email notifications and checking proof of payment in customers' phone.
In addition, their debit card for my current account is pretty much useless for online purchases. 🤬
I am seriously considering switching bank for my company

Cannot login even with the same id

We saw the notification from the public bank to try the PbeQR mobile app. But cannot even able to login, Save cost from the messages? But the app still unable to link with the Login website. Where does the money invest in? Pocket?
