Shopee Partner: Go Digital 4+

I am a registered merchant for Foodpanda, Grabfood and Shopeefod. I’m not expecting perfect or ultimate apps, but here are some of my review on Shopeefood Pertner app (for mobile / POS device.)

Pro.
1) very easy to edit menu photo/price etc.
2) promotion options are good.

Con.
1) no ‘Print’ button to print/reprint order. (Very important feature for merchant)
2) difficult process to report irrelevant rating/reviews.

If you can improve these features, then i’m happy enough.

Hi, I’m a registered merchant for ShopeeFood and Grab. The difference I notice on Grab and ShopeeFood is their assigning driver system.

Grab will send the order list to merchant first then only searched for rider. While Shopee will assigned rider first then only send the order list to merchant. This kind of difficult for us because I received order when the rider is just 1 minute away. Lucky day, they will be 2 minutes away. This making rider waited infront of merchant place longer than necessary. If we have at least 5 minutes before rider comes is so much better already.

One main issue that me and my wife are facing on both of our phones with the same partner app is that the “order received” notification is super laggy.

We’re getting the notification 5-10minutes delayed and most of the time we only knew that there was an order placed was when the driver has arrived/almost arriving while we have not prepared anything.

We even tested by restarting our phones, closing all background apps and setting volumes at max, before opening the shop.
But the problem still persist.

This is the only biggest issue, while other in-app functions are good.
