Prefer Old Version App

Honestly, I personally more like the Cimb Clicks (Old app). The old version is faster, effective and easy to use. This new app, which is called Cimb OCTO My has bad experience. I wanna see the account balance, transaction and so on and it keeps rolling blank without coming the page and information I want. I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes, just staring at the screen to see the app rolling blank. I hope can solve this problem as soon as possible or otherwise maybe please send us and let us use back the old version one. Thank you.

Where’s the Pay Bills option?

Why is JomPay the only option for bill payments? I absolutely HATE that the Pay Bills option is gone that I’ve opted to reinstall the old app for convenience. Not all utility companies have JomPay.

UPDATED: I see many more reviews mentioning the Pay Bills function since I posted mine which shows that it was a useful feature that should have been included in the new app. It has been several months and the app still lacks that feature so as of now my rating stays. In many responses, I see the developer keeps saying we can pay bills through JomPay. WHICH PART OF NOT ALL BILLS CAN BE PAID VIA JOMPAY don’t you understand? Just because everything around you can be paid via Jom Pay, doesn’t mean that’s how it is in the rest of Malaysia. Aside from that, I think most people have got important bills saved as favourites and when you scrap the function from the app, all those info are lost as well and we have to manually enter everything again.

Terrible program

How to replace the old app? This one totally not ready yet, I cannot use app to transfer money to favorites account, it show null, invalid date, within CIMB but actual transfer to Maybank, info show correctly but fail when transfer, all become null or invalid. I fail to pay with GSC app, OCTO ask to approve but after approve no any update in GSC app. Call service center, ask to delete and install the app again but still facing same problem. Why CIMB always cannot test/evaluate first before launching something new? Last time password format now OCTO, such failure approach should not happen in the top level banks. Really disappointed, now only can use this app to approve transaction only due to no more sms. I prefer to rate it with -ve star to match with the top level standard it should have but 😓
