Old one's way better

Whoever's designed the new app, pls train them again on the real meaning and understanding on the application of the software rather than just having a bunch of fancy popups, links and unwanted comments and remarks all over the place. All we want to see is our savings, withdrawals and investments etc... with the least number of changing screen and going off and on back n forth the app and into some website for additional infos. Installed the app, doesnt understand where the app is going, doesnt serve my purpose, cannot even see the investment I made (i know its not lost and its in the system but its nowhere to be found in the new app), too many flips, sometimes lost where I am, feel like going on a merry-go-round.... So I deleted it. Back to the old app... Just a quick question... why change the app and create new ones? There's nothing wrong with the current one and what u have in the new app, thats not improvement.

At this moment, the i-Invest platform can only be accessed through the i-Akaun (classic version) app and the i-Akaun portal on the KWSP website.

Pointless and inefficient app

Clearly this app exists to make KWSP look relevant in the app space and for the IT department to keep their jobs. The service is so unreliable (system unavailable) and I constantly have to delete and reinstall the app because the login page is u responsive. All the user needs is to see the balance and contributions. If you really want to be helpful, show the fund’s asset allocation for data nerds. Otherwise the savings amount should be available through our bank’s app. I should be able to see my EPF balance as I would my savings or current account. I shouldn’t need another app just for that information.

This new apps much worse than the previous one

Overall, very disappointed with this new app.
1) Wonder how the developer created the new version that not only did not improve from the classic version, but has worse user-friendliness from the classic version.
2) So many unnecessary links and users need to have multiple clicks to get the required information.
3) The page alignment and content readability was very bad, e.g please make sure the account number (1/2/3) and the amount associated are fitted in one line instead of two lines (this sounds very simple and straightforward, but the new app could not even get this right).
4) The apps is always down for maintenance and the stability of it is really in question.
5) Another critical gap that many users have pointed out is the unavailability of i-Invest information. While I understand that EPF will improve the capability of the apps over time, however, how could EPF roll out a new app that has less capability compared to the classic one to begin with? The very basic and logical expectations from users are the new app has to be better than the previous one or at the very minimum it is on par with the old one.

With due respect, I hope EPF management could really seriously look into this and take immediate actions as EPF has been encouraging users to use the new app, this is to avoid further disappointment and frustration from broad users.
