Very convenient app but needs improvement

Like I said, its very convenient and useful for me in my daily driving. I using it to start engine and run in for atleast 3-5 mins before i start driving, some other notifications that prompting from app is useful as well,

Whats needs to be improved

The time taken everytime you initiate function from the app, its literally takes few secs, (upto 15secs) sometimes too, this quite annoying. We dont need the AC to be turned on all the time we start the engine from the app. That can better by giving additional feature to start engine without aircond. Door fully closed manually, but the app shows doors are unlock. Notification can be sent to owner via app if the fuel run down below 10%.

As expected, a half-baked app

When it works it’s ok. But it hasn’t been working for sometime and a response to remote start or lock the car doors takes a long time. Most of the time it says “waiting for server response” which after which I have no idea if the car has warmed up or not or has gone or my geofencing area etc. Only thing I can confirm works is the GPS location, and the fuel consumption and the trip monitor. The rest is poorly implemented. The English used for the app is also poor, for eg if the doors are locked is appears LOCK, and doors open UNLOCK; this is confusing as if the doors are completely closed & secure it should appear LOCKED & when opened UNLOCKED. Same goes for the hood & trunk shows CLOSE instead of CLOSED. I don’t know if there will be any improvements and if Honda Malaysia is going to ask to pay for this service I think I wouldn’t. Engage with the owners who are “trial-ing” out the programme for you and get feedback to improve if really keen to make a better app and sort out the bugs fast.

I love Honda came up with this app, there are a few things that I love and some features that I think they can improve on.

firstly, I like that it can track my trip log, my car’s location, and how detailed they are. I also like that it has a control panel which I am able to lock my car and switch on headlights etc. but here comes the problem, the app reacts quite slowly when you want to lock the doors, the server sometimes takes forever to respond.

other than that, so far all is good and I hope they will include more functions in the app in the future.
