Plz add a report when people are toxic
I really like all the features and most of the community is really nice. The only problem is that some of them are really toxic and rude. I know the developers can’t change how their users react but they could at least discourage being toxic. We can’t even report people who is being toxic.
Really love the apps
Love the apps, so useful for the information that were posted and provided in the apps, I only got one problem with it, the problem is I really hope Hoyoverse update the Teyvat Interactive Map where it marked the chests, the challenges, the oculus (every region) that you’ve got/completed, so it’s easier for the player to explore the map. I hope Hoyoverse take this as a consideration
unable to link my genshin account
i got logged out of my old hoyoverse account and i dont know why, i tried to log in it wont let me so i created a new one with my facebook account.
i created my facebook account and tried to log my genshin account in, but it keeps saying “no character found on this server” and it gets on my nerves. i personally is a low EQ person with anger issues, and i nearly ripped my hair off while trying to log in. please fix this issue TQ
