Im not receiving my s-chips?

I would always play the temples of trials and would always receive s-chips alongside with the other rewards but recently i haven’t been receiving them even though i completed the challenges and won the debates fair and square. I don’t understand, is it some kind of glitch? Because it has already happened twice. Overall the game is pretty good just i think this needs to be fixed.

Interesting storyline and good game play

I had played the TW server for this game before the global server came out. This is the longest otome game I had ever played. The storyline are very good and interesting as well. The story itself is more of realistic to the society nowadays and everything’s seems to be logical. I like the characteristics of the MC, she’s tough, smart, capable and someone who had her own thinking too, unlike some of others mc which are soft and incapable in handling themselves. The four boys here are cute too as they had a different side of characteristics from what we expect to see from their first impression which impressed me as well. The graphic of this game, especially the cards are beautifully drawn and the card story is good too! This game had launched for more than a year for CN and TW server. The overall gameplay is consider stable. So I’m definitely willing to play more for this game in the future.

crashes all the time, dull debate system, boring music

this game crashes frequently while in debate mode. debate is such an annoying and useless gameplay system, the battle music is also annoying. this is NOT RPG battle can't you come up with better music??? -_-
the questioning system is also pointless and annoying. it's just an extra interactive step for the player when u can just click through the story. THE QUESTIONING PROCESS IS SO ANNOYING. why can't you use an organised table for questioning???? using lines to link boxes is so disorganised.
i have already voiced these things since day 1 when the game launched but there still no changes do you even listen to your players???
