Order not delivered but credit card charged
Made an order for iftar today from OTLOB LAHOUM. The system notified “delivered” as soon as the order was made. Credit card charged and feedback form sent to me asking me the service.
What a joke OTLOB LAHOUM and hunger station. You really made me P.O on the first day of ramadhan.
Unpleasant experience
I was a regular hunger plus customer and this app was number one in my daily orders unfortunately I had a very bad experience with one of the delivery because the driver never delivered my order instead cancelled my order. The delivery man took my order and my money. When I talked to customer service about it they say I’m blocked because of this case. So I didn’t get my order, lost my money, poorly treated and blocked account.
