horrible account and login handling
Created an account. Somehow my account created with the app is a simulated paper account. Fine, so i go create a live account. Weirdly I need to do it in their website. I HAD TO GO THROUGH 4 DIFFERENT LOGIN PAGE WITH FEW FAILED LOGIN ATTEMPTS. I thought I have finally managed to go through all the hassle and create a live account. Surprised, somehow the account I created is not recognised in the app but works in the web app.
So what went through my mind is that the login authentication in the mobile app and in the web application probably uses different api or smth. There’s no excuse for the account creation and login authentication to be this horrible and complicated and to top it off doesn’t even work as intended
